Transcripts & Delivery
To ensure security, clarity and quality, all of our transcripts are subject to a three-stage quality control process. A different team member performs each step of this process, reducing the possibility of oversights. Final transcripts are then securely bound along with tabulated exhibits.
All certified copy shipments include a CD-ROM containing a PDF transcript with linked OCR exhibits, standalone exhibit files, a standard ASCII and an E-Transcript. Before your transcript is even printed, you can access each of these files for free, online at Watson Connect.
